I see couples and adult families who are stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and that strain their closest relationships. I believe that strong, connected relationships contribute to individual well-being and a more connected world. This is where I come in! I help relationships move from disconnect back into connection, so they may lives their lives, and their love, more fully. Drawing on extensive eduction, trainings, and a personal mindfulness/meditation practice, I combine Eastern and Western models of healing to create a holistic process to meet each couple or family where they are, while helping them get to where they'd like to be. Feeling safer, more secure, at ease, with deeper purpose and a sense of freedom.

I see couples ranging anywhere from their 20s to their 50s, who have been together for a year or for 20 years. Many are struggling with trust issues, insecure attachment, difficulty either identifying their needs or getting them met. Couples who come to me walk away feeling as if they've gone through a year of growth in ways they couldn't imagine at the outset, feeling more secure in their relationship - clearer communication, more emotional closeness, increased intimacy, less resentment, better understanding of themselves, and ability to move through difficult topics and conversations. Some are facing large life challenges together, such as illness, death in the family, career changes, sexual issues, etc. Together we lay the foundation that makes the partnership a place of support, where each person feels stronger together.
Adult families come to me to repair the felt strains in their relationship, either brought on by conflict, distance, a tumultuous or traumatic upbringing, a betrayal, the revealing of a family secret, etcetera. The work is focused on learning to speak with honesty and from the heart, be heard, take accountability where it is due, uncover family roles and patterns that are no longer serving, and walk away feeling clearer, lighter, and with a greater sense of their roots, as well as the connection and support to keep them growing and maturing through life.
