Any kind of addiction can be tough but when it comes to sex there is often an added layer of shame, guilt and embarrassment, especially if (added to that) there are kinks, fantasies or fetishes that are outside the ‘ordinary’. I provide a safe and understanding space for you to freely express and investigate the complex challenges that are faced and look at the situation through an open mind and non-judgemental lens. I use a variety of methods and techniques that go beyond the mind to support you to access a deeper awareness and gain clarity in a situation you may have felt out of control and bound within.
