I'm not good enough, I can't stand this, I can't trust anyone, I should have known better! Do you ever notice yourself living with similar shame? Truth is, most of us do and as we get older, it is hard to understand that we are still operating in our relationships, jobs and daily lives with these messages. Our goal in therapy is to provide an efficient treatment plan to help clear out some of these false and dysfunctional messages and help you start seeing you're worth.
We work with people from different walks of life and we're committed to providing a compassionate and creative approach to therapy. We enjoy working with children and adults individually as well as within group, family and couple settings. My specialities lie in treating anxiety (performance anxiety, OCD, PTSD) as well as depression, life transitions, chronic pain/illness, grief/loss, and more. We have extensive training in shame and trauma and understand how these impact people's ability to function in their day-to-day lives.
We offer a strength based, client-centered approach to therapy. Every person's story is special and deserves an individualized approach. In therapy our therapists utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems work.
