I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist of Mesoamerica-Indigienous ancestry. My life exposed to community violence, trauma and intersecting oppressions has led me to the work of healing, self-discovery, exploration and ancestral healing.
I was raised in the SF Bay Area and I currently reside on the stolen lands of the Tongva peoples, colonially known as Los Angeles, California.
My lived experiences of being a person of color with intersecting identities, navigating the world and the trauma that comes with that, has led me to the practice of healing at a young age. I grew up with many years of witnessing (through family members + my community) severe mental illness, addiction, community violence, chronic suicidality, incarceration and domestic violence. Through my own stories and experiences, as a justice-oriented therapist, I aim to disrupt and dismantle these oppressive systems within myself and in my practice to make therapy a safe(r) space for folks who are targeted and made marginalized.

I am passionate about helping people step more into their true essence. I help adults navigate the mountains and valleys of life by exploring what brings them into a state of aliveness. We explore past traumas and limiting beliefs by inviting all the inner ‘parts’ to come forward and be heard. Through exploring one’s mental, emotional, and spiritual world, we work to bring greater awareness to what is holding them back from living their most authentic and fulfilling life.
I lead with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity in session. My approach weaves together these healing modalities to effectively address the mind, body, and soul. Healing is complex and non-linear, which is why I bring patience, acceptance and curiosity to sessions as we traverse these landscapes together. I believe we are always moving towards greater wholeness and we all already hold the wisdom within that is needed for change. Sometimes we just need the presence of a compassionate witness to undertake the journey.
