Brittan Zamora
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, PMH-C
You may be feeling stuck because of things that have happened to you, experiences you remember clearly, or ones your body holds onto even when your mind doesn’t. Our bodies are wired for survival, constantly adapting to keep us safe. That adaptability is incredibly smart. Sometimes, though, it can leave you feeling trapped in patterns you don’t want—doing things you wish you wouldn’t, or struggling to do the things you truly want. This often means your nervous system is still operating in survival mode.
Working through past experiences can help you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want to live. I offer a warm, compassionate, and safe space where we can gently explore your history at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll focus on helping your body and mind feel safer, more grounded, and more present.
I most often utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming or controlling. EMDR allows the nervous system to release what it’s been holding onto, creating space for clarity, choice, and healing. My goal is to help you find freedom from the past, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with greater ease, resilience, and self-compassion.

TREATMENT AND TOOLS FOR TRAUMA
Licensed Psychoanalyst, PH.D., IN PSYCHOANALYSIS AND NEUROSCIENCE, CERTIFIED PSYCHOANALYST, PSY.A, & LICENSED PSYCHOANALYST
PTSD requires lots of patience as the individual in treatment learns to interact with the world again. Traumatic experiences shut down everything in the person's mind/body, and in their social interactions, and create a lot of isolation. To counter all this, I recommend a unique program for each patient that includes talking at least twice a week, micro-stimulation to develop new pathways in the brain, supplements to heal the brain, music therapy (see Steven Halpern), sleep therapy, and the creation of "flow experiences" to strengthen the person's sense of self. Trauma is not easy to turn around, But, over a consistent period of time, expressing one's emotions and following a set routine (including the above), will always lead to healing.

Morgan Pemberton
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, EMDR certified
If you’re struggling with complex trauma, attachment wounds, or generational trauma, healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. As a certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in helping individuals process deep-rooted trauma using a variety of effective techniques, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and resourcing. By addressing both the emotional and generational aspects of your experiences, we work together to break the cycle and help you build a healthier, more connected future.

Emma Esper
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, LPCC
Trauma creates profoundly deep and painful wounds. These wounds can be difficult to heal, as we often suppress them, have difficulty expressing them, or do not have safe spaces to unearth them. Unhealed trauma can inform how we make decisions, how we see ourselves, how we see others and our world, and how we react to these things. My work with trauma survivors is to instill hope and self-worth, acknowledge and validate all emotions, create feelings of safety, and provide permission giving for struggle. Remember, it is okay to not be okay.

Samantha Haselroth
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
I treat trauma with the understanding that it is stored not only in the mind but also in the body. I prioritize building a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship to ensure clients feel grounded and supported before diving into deep work. I use EMDR to gently process traumatic experiences that continue to impact emotional regulation, self-beliefs and current relationships. Rather than rushing insight or resolution, my goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, regain a sense of agency and move forward in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
