My struggles with addiction and the unpredictable ebbs and flows of being in the entertainment industry was the tipping point that drove me to do some major introspection and ultimately paved the way for me to become a therapist. My approach to therapy is primarily somatic and mindfulness based in nature, meaning we focus on the way your body feels when you get stressed or have unintended responses.
