We understand that faith can be an important part of our clients' lives - as a factor in their well-being and also their distress. We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their faith and how it relates to their mental health and well-being. We believe that the integration of faith and therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth, and we are committed to supporting our clients in this journey.
When it comes to faith crises, we understand that it can be a stressful, confusing, unmooring, and disconnecting time. We ensure a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your doubts, questions, feelings toward, and all aspects of your faith so that you can reach a place of inner integrity about how, if at all, to hold and express your faith.

That is what it took to open my eyes to a relationship with God that honors every part of my life and excites me to explore my faith with a demand that it supports my science as a psychologist and integrates the models and theories I use in my practice. If a client wants a focus on Christianity, I am happy to take that focus. If not, I do approach our work with the belief that every aspect of our lives can work together for our good.
