I am here for the person who has seen and experienced events that are "not average" or healthy. Events that you cannot just “forget.”
In my life journey, I gained a lasting respect for the profession of healing and wanted to pass that same healing along to others. I worked hard to become a compassionate, understanding, and experienced psychologist. I have a wide range of skills and techniques that I use to help my clients heal, grow, and change. Change and growth are hard, but it is one of the most worthwhile experiences you can engage in.

Are you struggling with sleeplessness, having dreams of being there again, always trying to get your brain to shut down so you can relax, feeling shame, guilt, anger, and numbness? Are you having images just push their way into your brain reminding you of that thing, those people, that feeling? Do they teach you how to do your job, but not how to deal with the consequences? You are fine when surrounded by others who understand, but when you have to go home or lose that comradery... You feel inadequate, a disappointment, or a burden because you cannot explain to your family why you are not there for them or why you are so worried or angry about certain things.
Once you accept how much control you really can have in your recovery...and take responsibility to learn the tools... you can turn things around. You can do things that you want to do rather than accept that you are going to be damaged and struggle with certain things. You can connect with your family again and be happy. You can sleep soundly and think clearly.
