We are a virtual and in person Spiritual Psychotherapist/Life Coach and Consulting practice. Here at Prestige C3 Group (Counseling, Coaching & Consulting), focusing on individuals ages 9-21, partnering with Northside Medical Centers. & other facilities across the board assisting our younger generation uncover their root issues that make navigating difficult life situations unbearable. We offer effective psychological care. Our focus is working to assist with healing as a whole and become aware of their inner strengths through Counseling or Coaching. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, customizing a treatment plan that fits their need. We assist each individual with love and care.  

Dr. Christopher A. Lowery, DHSc, CLCP is board-certified, specializing in international telehealth life care planning with a focus on clinical health, rehabilitation counseling, biopsychosocial issues, and global health promotion and prevention issues through the use of holistic evidence-based approaches using a Biopsychosocial Health Consultation Model. Dr. Lowery is skilled in the use of targeted plans, assessments, and developing treatments for behavioral health disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, employment, trauma, conduct disorder, anger, substance use, etc.), medical conditions (e.g., chronic pain, burns, high blood pressure, inflammation, lung diseases, and diabetes, etc.), and health behavior changes (e.g., weight management, informed health decisions, occupational health prevention, physical activity, disparities, preventive nutrition, tobacco cessation, risky sexual activity, accident prevention, etc.).
