I hold several board certifications: Board Certification as a Professional Psychologist, Professional Medical Psychotherapist, Professional Sports Psychologist Fellow, and Professional Disability Analyst and Fellow. I am also certified as a Rehabilitation Counselor, Cognitive Forensics Therapist, Rational Sex Therapist, Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist, and Addictions Counselor Also having more than 20 successful years involved with counseling-psychological treatment activities, supervision, and teaching in the areas of university, community college, vocational, adult education and community facilities and programs, provides me with the ability to counsel a wide range of individuals at time of significant career, family or educational crisis and, thus assist them to take control and to make decisions that will positively affect their future.
In addition to being a psychologist, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two “children” -- Maizy, our Yorkie, and Twittin, our Tuxedo cat. There is always something going on, somewhere to be, or something to do with them and I enjoy them all.

Having walked the road from abuse, suffering, tragedy, and mental health disorders to healing myself, I feel especially equipped to help others do the same. Knowing that healing oneself and one’s relationships is possible from personal experience, I am passionate about paying forward the lessons and wisdom I was given.
