I completed my three year Professional Certificate program in September 2024 offered by Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™)International. Additionally, I trained as a Trauma Resiliency Life Coach through The Arizona Trauma Training Institute accredited and globally recognized by Trauma Institute International. I have worked with survivors of sexual harm offering crisis counseling as a CA Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor.
Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™) is a modality developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine. SE™ addresses healing the root of trauma and unresolved stress by working with the nervous system.
As a Somatic Life Coach, I will support you in pursuing meaningful goals that align with your life purpose.
Trauma Resiliency Life Coaching will offer individuals with opportunities to understand the neurobiology of their nervous system, manage stress, trauma responses, and gaining awareness on limiting beliefs.
