I have years of experience working with young adults and women who have experienced generational trauma and domestic violence. I have specialized training in treating eating disorders using mindfulness, CBT, promoting positive body image, intuitive eating, grounding techniques, and identifying and distinguishing healthy self from the eating disorder self. I will be interactive in every therapy session. I promise to help bring clarity and understanding to your situation or mental health issues. Progress can be made quickly. Together, we will develop new coping skills and improve your quality of life. I will be interactive in every therapy session.
