We are a trauma therapy practice specializing in alternatives to traditional talk therapy for PTSD, grief/loss, and addiction. We offer various different treatments including EMDR, IFS, psychodrama, gestalt, expressive arts therapies, and more. The Phoenix Center for Experiential Trauma Therapy is named after the legendary figure of the phoenix that dies and is reborn from its own ashes – it is a symbol of transformation and resilience.
