I use a mix of mindfulness based coping skills and provide a form of cognitive behavioral therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Along with some other approaches, we can work together to help you sustain long-term mental health improvement. I specialize in working with people who identify as perfectionists, high-achievers and people pleasers. I don't accept insurance but superbills can provided for potential OON reimbursement upon request.
