I provide medication management for mental health diagnoses  

This component will assist and develop a plan informing individuals about their health conditions and the nature of medications that was provided by their treating physician to improve their quality of life or conditions. The provider objective will be to conduct assessments about the prescriptions to be taken and their side affects; designing both short-term and long term medication plan; ensuring compliance with the directions indicated by their physician; and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the plan. The goal is to ensure that the medication process is seamless.  

Medication helps many people successfully manage symptoms, and achieve better mental wellness. At Heading we remove any shame and stigma from medication, and want to help you find the best course of treatment for you. If that is medication, you will work with your psychiatrist or prescriber to find the right prescription for you. You may also be referred to a Heading therapist as well if you are interested in combination therapy. *Heading does not offer virtual prescriptions for stimulant medications (like Ritalin or Adderall) or benzodiazepines (like Xanax.)
