I offer a safe, warm and supportive space where you can expressive yourself openly and feel seen and heard.
– We often go through life experiencing difficulties or trauma and do not have the chance, for many different reasons, to process the thoughts and feelings which can get stuck in the body. I work creatively using arts, body-work and talk therapy to engage with what is under the surface and at the clients pace.
– Often people have become isolated and feel lonely due to painful past experiences and counselling can be a first step in reconnecting with yourself and others.
– Adolescence and young adulthood are times of significant change and growth, and they can feel challenging. If you’re a young person, or a parent or carer seeking support for difficult experiences, please get in touch to explore how I can help.
I also have many years experience of yoga and meditation practice personally. Meditation and mindfulness can help resource and gain a feeling of peace and balance.
