Seeking an alternative to traditional therapy?
That’s why I’m here. My tools range from innovative new mind-body modalities (e.g., Energy Psychology) to the most ancient spiritual/energetic modality (shamanic healing). These tools enable me to help clients address most of the problems that licensed mental health professionals do – plus some they can’t. And usually do it more efficiently.

Treatment Approach
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I use mind/body/spirit approaches because human beings are complex, and I believe healing, personal growth, and problem-solving usually require more than talk. My approaches are effective, efficient, and multi-dimensional. And I'm an understanding, non-judgemental listener, too!

- Average Session Fee $150 for 90 minutes is my fee for those who can afford it
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I trust clients who can afford my full fee to pay it. And I urge those with fewer monetary resources to come up with a fee offering that fits their budget and honors our work together.
- Out of Network
- I am not a licensed therapist, so I CANNOT directly accept insurance. Some companies will pay for hypnotherapy, but it is up to you to ask.

- Online Therapy Details: I've provided my service online for years for clients around the country and in Europe.
Although most of my clients are regular folks, I always have therapists as clients.
Why?
Simply put, they're seeking approaches out of the mainstream -- and a holistic perspective that includes mind, body, and soul/spirit.
Did you know that:
• licensed therapists are limited to certain approaches by “standards of care” that ignore a number of highly effective healing modalities?
• even if you’re paying out-of-pocket for your sessions, your therapist might be unwilling to use anything “different” because of insurance company requirements and state regulations?
Clients come to me for:
• the most ancient healing modality (shamanic healing)
• proven, but somewhat esoteric modalities (hypnosis/NLP and Eye Movement Integration [similar to EMDR, but safer])
• the most exciting new energy modalities (Energy Psychology, such as EFT or “tapping” on meridian points, biofield work, and chakra manipulation)
• intriguing coaching modalities (including Motivational Interviewing, True Purpose coaching, and Archetypal coaching)
And they come for all the same problems they’ve seen one of their more conventional colleagues for – and haven’t gotten the results they want.
