I have been in practice for almost 20 years. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and business owner who uses all my relationship experiences, both professional and personal to bring compassion, patience, and a desire to help into the therapy space. I have my masters degree from seminary, which gives me the ability to incorporate faith and existential matters into the therapy practice. My faith is very important to me and allows me the perspective of seeing each client's value and purpose here more clearly.

I have a very comfortable office space and am pretty flexible with scheduling during my office hours each week determined by what your life has in store - so it's not necessary to say we have to meet the same day/time each week. We meet when you are available and it doesn't cause you more stress to fit it in. After all, kids, pets, parents and work can mean we have to maneuver time for ourselves. I am seminary trained so that if your faith is important to you, I am able to incorporate that into your sessions and treatment. I recognize that people can have a hard time sharing the dark and scary parts of their history and life and so just know I understand what it's like to sit on the other side of the room and be vulnerable. I try my best to make the therapy space as welcoming and safe as I can for you.
