For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples and families in some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. I believe people change best when they feel both deeply understood and gently guided. My approach is grounded in compassion and clinical excellence.
As a licensed, seminary-trained counselor with advanced Level II training from the Gottman Institute, I bring both research-based tools and spiritual sensitivity into the therapy room. Whether I’m helping a couple rebuild trust after betrayal, supporting someone overwhelmed by anxiety, or guiding a marriage that feels distant and strained, my aim is the same: to create a safe space where honesty leads to clarity, and clarity leads to growth.
I am also trauma-informed, which means I move at your pace and honor your story. For clients open to it, I thoughtfully integrate faith-based care, believing that lasting change involves the whole person—emotional, relational, and spiritual.
Healing is possible. Relationships can be restored. Peace can be rebuilt. It would be an honor to walk with you so please contact with me for a 15-minute free consultation.

Treatment Approach
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll identify the roots of your anxiety , relational struggles, or depression and learn tools to calm your nervous system, improve communication, and replace unhelpful patterns with healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
