Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). These evidence-based approaches focus both on understanding patterns in thinking and behavior and on examining how relationships, life stressors, and role transitions influence emotional well-being. By looking at these areas together, therapy can address not only current symptoms but also the broader context in which they occur.

My practice provides psychotherapy and psychological assessment for adults who are navigating stress, mood concerns, attention or executive functioning difficulties, and significant life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable people who are used to managing a great deal of responsibility in their professional or personal lives. From the outside they may appear to be functioning well, yet privately they may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, difficulty concentrating, persistent self-pressure, or a growing sense that something is no longer working as it once did.
I approach therapy as a collaborative and structured process that helps clarify what is contributing to current difficulties while identifying practical ways forward. Together we look at patterns in thinking, behavior, and environment that may be affecting mood, attention, sleep, or overall functioning. My work draws on evidence-based psychological approaches while remaining attentive to each client’s unique circumstances, values, and goals.
In addition to psychotherapy, I offer comprehensive psychological assessments for adults seeking clearer diagnostic understanding, including evaluations related to ADHD, mood concerns, and other cognitive or emotional difficulties. For some individuals, gaining an accurate understanding of how their mind works can be an important first step in determining the most helpful path forward.
I strive to create a professional, thoughtful environment where clients feel respected, understood, and able to speak openly about the challenges they are facing. Therapy is not only about insight—it is also about developing strategies, perspectives, and systems that support greater stability, clarity, and effectiveness in daily life.
