I work with women who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unlike themselves during difficult seasons of life. Many of my clients are navigating major transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, relationship stress, burnout, or the constant pressure of balancing responsibilities while caring for others. In our work together, I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, understand what you're experiencing, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded and like yourself again. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

Client Focus

Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Young Adult

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood while working toward meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients can talk openly about what they are experiencing, gain insight into the patterns shaping their thoughts and relationships, and develop practical tools to navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges. Together we work to better understand how your experiences, emotions, and relationships interact so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My work integrates several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic principles. For clients struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), I also incorporate specialized treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT).
