You are probably feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—maybe struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand your emotions, build confidence, and find a sense of balance again. Using a holistic approach that integrates CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques, we will work on both understanding your experiences and learning how to regulate them in your daily life.
I work with children, teens, young adults, couples, and families to improve communication, strengthen connection, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Play Therapy Uses toys, games, and creative play to help children express emotions. It is especially useful when children can’t fully verbalize their feelings.
- Sandplay Therapy Uses sand trays and miniature figures to allow symbolic expression. It is especially helpful for children and trauma survivors.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe you already have the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to support you in accessing those strengths while building tools that create real, lasting change.
I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and somatic techniques, helping you understand not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how they show up in your body and daily life. This allows for deeper awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of balance.
With children and teens, I incorporate creative and expressive approaches to support emotional expression and development. With couples and families, I focus on improving communication, deepening understanding, and strengthening connection.
Above all, I meet you where you are—offering a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood, empowered, and able to move forward.
