We are a counseling center that focus on relationships. Whether you are looking to improve your relationship, learn to coparent with your ex, want premarital counseling, would like to improve your family relationships, we have a therapist to help. LGBTQ friendly, marriage counseling, living together or partners not married are all welcome. Many therapists don't take additional training which is required to do couples work well. We have an extensive training program so your therapist will know how to work with your situation.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
  • Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
