We have others who feel the weight of what we go through. These people depend on us and care for us. This could leave us feeling shame in the midst of our battle, thinking, "I shouldn't be feeling this way", "I need to be stronger" or "What's wrong with me?"Which only further isolates us from those we wish to be closest to.
