I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether that shows up as emotional intensity, mood swings, relationships that keep playing out the same way, or acting in ways you later regret. My style is engaged, curious, attuned, and honest. We’ll take the time to understand what’s happening and why, while also building the awareness and skills needed to respond differently.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I have advanced training in DBT and CBT. My work draws from both behavioral and psychodynamic treatments.

I’m a licensed psychologist offering individual therapy and online therapy for adults and teens in California and New York. I specialize in working with anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and complex relationship patterns, including borderline personality disorder (BPD), as well as those navigating life transitions, identity questions, or chronic feelings of dissatisfaction or disconnection.
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether that shows up as overthinking, emotional overwhelm, impulsive behaviors, or relationships that feel intense, confusing, or difficult to sustain. Others may feel that something is “off,” even if their struggles are less obvious from the outside.
My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and skills. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and relational therapy to help you understand how your patterns developed and what keeps them going, while also building practical tools to navigate emotions, relationships, and stress more effectively. I’m engaged in sessions and offer candid, attuned feedback—we’ll look at what’s happening in your life, as well as what emerges in the therapy relationship itself.
Treatment may include developing skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, alongside deeper work focused on longstanding relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and self-concept. The goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful and lasting change.
In addition to therapy, I also conduct forensic psychological evaluations, including Mental Health Diversion (PC 1001.36), competency to stand trial, and risk assessments.
I offer telehealth sessions across California and New York, as well as in-person sessions in Beverly Hills.
