Therapy with me is relaxed, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. You do not have to show up perfectly or have everything figured out before starting. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you are carrying at your own pace. If you are looking for therapy that feels warm, approachable, and real, I would be honored to connect with you.

Treatment Approach
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Object Relations Therapy Focuses on how early caregiver relationships shape current relationships. It aims to improve patterns of attachment and trust.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, honesty, compassion, and genuine connection. I am not interested in sitting across from someone as the expert on their life. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship where we slow down together, make space for what has been hard, and begin understanding the ways you learned to survive and keep going. Many of the patterns we struggle with today once helped us endure difficult experiences, relationships, or seasons of life. Therapy can create space to hold those parts of ourselves with less shame and more understanding.
I also know personally that healing is not linear. Life can humble us. Pain, grief, trauma, disappointment, and burnout can change the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. I deeply honor the vulnerability it takes to trust another person enough to begin counseling. My hope is to offer a space that feels steady, compassionate, and real, where you do not have to perform, hide parts of yourself, or have everything figured out before you arrive.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
