I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, unconditional dignity, and deep equity. Therapy should always fit the person, not the other way around. As a therapist and the founder of Full Circle Mental Health LLC, my mission is to provide a soft place to land for individuals, couples, and blended families who are navigating life’s heaviest seasons. I view mental wellness through a systemic lens, understanding that who we are is deeply shaped by our environments, our relationships, and the burdens we inherit.
My commitment to human rights and systemic healing extends far beyond the virtual therapy room. My clinical perspective is profoundly shaped by my volunteer work within the community, where I dedicate time to supporting foster youth navigating complex systemic cycles, walking alongside survivors of sex trafficking as they reclaim their autonomy, and advocating for immediate dignity and resources for the unhoused population. Facing these systemic vulnerabilities head-on has reinforced my belief that every human being deserves a safe, fiercely non-judgmental space to process their wounds and rediscover their innate power.
In my practice, I blend this deep empathy and cultural humility with advanced clinical expertise. Holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a license as an Independent Social Worker (LISW), I am extensively trained in comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. I practice from an eclectic, integrative framework, drawing dynamically from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Bowenian Family Systems. Whether you are an individual untangling daily anxiety or religious deconstruction, a couple healing attachment injuries, or a blended family managing the unique friction of merging households, we will work as collaborative partners. Together, we will honor your resilience, build practical tools, and co-create a personalized roadmap toward lasting relational peace and authentic change.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
