Becoming a parent is one of the most profound transitions in life and it can also be one of the most challenging. I specialize in supporting individuals and families through the full spectrum of the perinatal journey, including fertility struggles, pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, perinatal grief and loss, and the complex emotional adjustment to parenthood.
I also work with adults experiencing generalized anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties, offering a grounded, culturally responsive, and collaborative therapeutic space.
As a bilingual psychologist, I provide care in both Spanish and English. I also conduct comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations, including N‑648, T‑Visa, U‑Visa, VAWA, and Asylum evaluations.
