I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and able to show up as yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, and grounded in the belief that there is no single way to heal or create change.
I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, life transitions, and the many complicated seasons of being human. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Board Certified Art Therapist, and EMDR therapist, I draw from talk therapy, art and expressive approaches, EMDR, and other experiential methods. You never need to consider yourself “artistic” to benefit from creative work, and we will always shape therapy around what feels useful and authentic to you.
I see my role not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who can help you slow things down, notice patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and discover possibilities that may be difficult to see when you are in the middle of things. Therapy can hold both seriousness and humor, reflection and action, vulnerability and strength.
Above all, I hope to create a space where you can be curious about yourself without judgment and where the work feels human, connected, and uniquely yours.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is creative, experiential, and deeply rooted in the connection between mind, body, emotion, and personal meaning. Drawing from art therapy and transpersonal psychology, I believe therapy can offer more than symptom relief. It can create space for greater self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change.
I integrate elements of Gestalt therapy, play and expressive approaches, somatic practices, and principles influenced by yoga therapy. Depending on your needs, our work might include conversation, creative expression, imagery, mindfulness, movement, body awareness, or simply noticing what is happening in the present moment. No artistic experience or yoga practice is needed.
Rather than relying on one prescribed method, I tailor therapy to the person in front of me. I value curiosity, authenticity, creativity, and the wisdom held within both the body and the imagination. Together, we can explore not only what has happened in your life, but how those experiences are carried, expressed, and understood, while discovering new possibilities for healing and growth.

My practice provides a warm, collaborative, and creative space for adults, couples, and families seeking support through life’s challenges and transitions. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, family challenges, and periods of change or uncertainty.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Board Certified Art Therapist, and EMDR therapist, I integrate traditional psychotherapy with EMDR, art therapy, and experiential and reflective approaches. Therapy is tailored to the individual rather than built around a one-size-fits-all model, allowing us to find ways of working that feel comfortable, meaningful, and effective for you.
My practice welcomes clients both in person and through telehealth, with an emphasis on creating an inclusive, supportive environment where clients can deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, develop new ways of coping, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
