I help ambitious, high-achieving women quiet self-doubt and feel more grounded and confident in who they are. Maybe you’re the one everyone relies on, yet struggle to let others support you. Or there’s a sense that something feels “off,” even if you can’t quite name it. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together—but inside, you feel disconnected, unfulfilled, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. In our work together, we’ll create a space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and understand your needs on a deeper level. As you build this awareness, you’ll begin to make decisions with more clarity and confidence and choices that align with your values and create meaningful change in your life and relationships. I believe you already have the capacity for healing and growth. Therapy is simply a place to help you access it. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit!

Treatment Approach

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Carrie strives to create a space for people to feel seen, heard and understood on a deep level, with the opportunity and safety to explore their inner worlds. She offers practical guidance to her clients by providing support and insights that help them to solve problems and achieve positive change. Carrie has been certified in the Enneagram Approach. Carrie continues to study the Enneagram under mentorship of Anne Geary with the Enneagram Approach. Carrie finds the Enneagram to be a unique tool in providing clients a paradigm for personal growth and lasting change.
