The concept of self-love is a mystery because you often default to a painful pattern of beating yourself up. Being productive is important to you but instead you feel overwhelmed and burnt out. You want to be in the flow with your partner but rather you are constantly at odds leaving you feeling lonely and isolated. Cultivating deeper relationships is a value to you but you feel disconnected, anxious and stressed. These and other of life’s great emotional impasses are what often lead people to therapy.
I believe the most valuable impact therapy can have on you is a deeper understanding of yourself and who you want to show up as in the world. Through consistent, gentle, and thoughtful investigation of oneself, there can be considerable growth. The deeper we are able to go together, the more attuned you will become with yourself and others.
I provide my clients with directive, empowering therapy aimed at challenging you to look at yourself in a more introspective and curious way. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling inspired and motivated to make meaningful change in their life. My main areas of focus include: entrepreneurs, entertainment industry professionals, gay men & couples.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I believe the therapeutic environment requires a feeling of safety that allows the client to be fully open with their thoughts and emotions, free of judgment. A lot of the struggles we deal with internally are attached to shame. Allowing that shame to be shared not only helps to dispel it but also opens the door for substantial emotional growth. I am committed to building a relationship with you that gives you the security to feel safe and contained while evolving into the person you want to be. I fundamentally believe that you, the client, have all the answers to your problems. I will help you identify, process through, and grow out of the roadblocks you may have imposed on yourself.
