Approach Description: There are sure a lot of boxes to be clicked above. In essence, I offer what we might call "depth therapy." That is, therapy that is focused on the whole person, including the intra-psychic and inter-personal parts of you. Who you are inside, in your mind, unconscious, and spirit/soul, but also the ways you engage within your relationships and communities. I am not focused on specific symptom isolate and treatment, but on your growth as a whole human in finding deeper meaning and purpose through psychological growth and maturity.
