I’m a psychologist who works with adults, teens, and couples, and I aim to offer therapy that feels grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely human. My style is relational and psychodynamic, which means we pay attention not only to symptoms, but also to the deeper patterns underneath them—how you’ve learned to cope, how relationships have shaped you, and what might be keeping you stuck. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why the same struggles keep repeating. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what you’re going through, with curiosity and compassion. I try to create a space that feels safe and steady, but also honest and growth-oriented—where you can be fully yourself and gradually build more freedom in how you live and relate. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or challenges at home or school, therapy can help you feel more clear, confident, and connected. I’d be honored to work with you.

Treatment Approach

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
  • Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
  • Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: Our approach is relational, psychodynamic, and deeply collaborative. We focus not only on symptoms, but on the emotional and relational patterns underneath them—especially the ones that repeat in relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Therapy with us is a space to slow down, get curious, and understand what you’re experiencing with more depth and clarity. We pay attention to both your current life circumstances and the history that shaped how you learned to cope, connect, and protect yourself. Over time, this work helps people feel more grounded, more emotionally free, and more able to build healthier relationships. We aim to create an environment that is warm and attuned, while also honest and growth-oriented. Our goal is lasting change—not just temporary relief.
