I provide anxiety therapy and trauma-informed counseling for high-achieving individuals who are ready to stop living under constant pressure and start building lives rooted in authenticity, resilience, and peace.

- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
