As a clinician, I will support you along your therapeutic journey in gaining more self-confidence, awareness, and empowerment. My strengths as a therapist embody being non-judgemental, empathetic, and a supportive, collaborative spirit. As social workers, we meet people where they are, and I aim to be consistent in this through my work. I am here to support you in identifying and deepening your strengths. Many people think of therapy as a place where the therapist provides you with advice and answers. YOU have all the answers you need and already have great strength and potential. In our first couple of sessions, we will spend time getting to know each other. Establishing a good therapeutic relationship is the key to a successful therapy experience. In addition, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you in your therapeutic journey.
