I work hard to help people through all kinds of transitions (gender and other), and come from a place of respect and non-judgmental curiosity. Fees
  • Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
  • I offer a sliding scale from $100- $150, with $150 firm for EMDR. I do not ask why you choose one price over another, I accept that you know your financial state better than I do. While I am not a "charity," I do this work because it is my calling.

  • I do not accept any insurance, but I am happy to offer a Superbill if you would like to try to get reimbursed!

Alyxx S Berg Practice Description
Hi - I'm Alyxx. My pronouns are they/them. I am a person-centered counselor with 7+years of experience as an MH therapist and more than 15 years as a Chemical Dependency/SUD counselor. I am licensed in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Arizona at this time. My primary focus is with the alternative community - LGBTQ+, Non-traditional relationships (triads, poly, BDSM partnerships), and Sex Workers. I have also spent a great deal of time working with folks in or considering transition, be it gender transition or any other kind! Obviously, I love working with people outside of these communities, and am looking forward to talking to you. I use a blend of CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities informed by a client focused and respectful approach. I am also trained in EMDR. With chemicals, as with all aspects of our lives, I am very solidly in the Harm Reduction camp, and want to meet you where you are to help you go to where you want to be. You have the power to choose your best life, and I would be honored to help you get there!
