If you’re constantly striving to be “perfect,” struggling to say no, or feeling anxious and burnt out from trying to do it all, you’re not alone and you don’t have to go through this by yourself.
You may find yourself stuck, anxious, overly self-critical, repeating cycles, or longing for a life that feels more aligned. I work with individuals healing from inner child wounds, mother-daughter dynamics, and the feeling of being emotionally “stuck.”
Therapy can help you untangle those patterns and create space for healing, growth, and real change.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: In an integrated approach, the therapeutic relationship is grounded in the Person-Centered framework, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine connection. This creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. Within that foundation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. Solution-Focused techniques complement this by encouraging clients to explore their strengths, identify goals, and build on what is already working in their lives. Together, this approach supports both insight and action, honoring the client's autonomy while providing practical tools for change.
