I am glad you found me! I help clients get to the root of their challenges and resolve them. I work with people facing relationship challenges, trauma, and spiritual and religious concerns. I offer individual sessions for clients ages 10 and older, couples sessions, and family sessions.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.
- Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Sandplay Therapy Uses sand trays and miniature figures to allow symbolic expression. It is especially helpful for children and trauma survivors.
Approach Description: I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is what I use most often with clients. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and experiential approaches such as a sand tray and expressive arts into session.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Boise, Idaho. I work with clients ages 10 and older and offer individual, couple, and family counseling.
My passion involves helping people improve their relationships with others and with themselves. In therapy, I help clients build practical skills such as communication and boundary setting while also exploring the deeper roots of symptoms and relationship patterns patterns. Many times the challenges affecting our relationships have to do with past trauma. I have specialized training in trauma and can help with relationship challenges in the past as well as the present. I have a special passion for those facing difficulties related to spirituality and religion. This may involve faith deconstruction, religious trauma, or navigating a mixed-faith marriage.
My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy, grounded in attachment science. I also use Brainspotting, ACT, Adlerian Therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, and trauma-focused approaches. I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and believe therapy should be collaborative and and adapted to each person’s needs. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing.
