Andrea Marquez

Andrea Marquez, LCSW is a clinical social worker and supervisor licensed in the state of Texas. She came to therapy because when working in a women's health setting she saw a lack of resources and access in the LatinX community, and decided she wanted to be part of the solution. One of Andrea’s primary focuses with her patients is on maximizing their pre-existing skills so that they can effectively partner with their treatment team in setting the stage for achieving their goals. She fervently believes that no matter how complex and confusing life’s issues may appear, there is always the opportunity for growth, healing and understanding, and currently sees patients via telehealth. Andrea accepts most insurance plans, and treats many mental health conditions including borderline personality disorder, complex trauma, and mental health conditions resulting from chronic illness. For patients who struggle to find success through traditional treatment methods, Heading also offers specialized treatments such as Intramuscular Ketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Spravato in-clinic.
