Approach Description: I love working in a truly holistic and human-centered manner, no matter the challenges you are facing! From behavior modification techniques to increasing mindfulness, understanding who you are as a person is essential to a strong therapeutic alliance and a successful therapy adventure. I want to help you discover your place in our ever-changing world. While this can feel overwhelming, I will help you on your journey of self-love and acceptance. I work closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals, sex workers, immigrants, formerly incarcerated individuals, gender-based violence survivors, and immunocompromised communities. Through my experiences in the world, I have learned the importance of resilience. I want to help each of my clients build this character trait while maintaining the hope that one day we won’t need it as much.
