Arielle Grossman Practice Description
Looking for the right therapist can be difficult! Therapy, at the end of the day, is a service. It is so important that you connect with the right person. I offer a free 15min phone consult to all interested clients for this very reason! My treatment focuses on unpacking negative thoughts, learning active awareness skills to behavioral issues, and applying compassion and kindness to self in a meaningful way. I believe that you have the ability to heal yourself, it sometimes takes an outsider to help you connect with that inner strength. My practice also focuses on empowerment, confidence and self-worth building, being more emphatic to self and others, and strength-based positive psychology.
