I believe therapy should be a space where you feel deeply seen, gently challenged, and supported in becoming more fully yourself. My work is rooted in relational healing, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to equity and authenticity. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based modalities to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity exploration, or complex trauma, I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore what alignment looks like for you—so healing isn’t just about feeling better, but about living more truthfully.

Therapeutically, I work from a person-centered, relational-cultural perspective which integrates environmental, cultural and social aspects of your life. Relational Cultural Therapy allows me to focus on social justice and advocacy while also encouraging healthy and meaningful connections in your life. It is my philosophy that we are social beings and we can overcome and thrive with healthy and supportive connections. In therapy, I tend to focus on personal boundaries and self-care while highlighting the importance of having realistic and manageable goals. Implementing change to enhance overall health and well-being takes time and finding compassion for yourself as you navigate your journey is something I always emphasize. I see therapy as a collaborative process and I feel honored to do this work.
