Approach Description: There isn't a "one-size fits all" approach to therapy, so my approach is strength based, client centred and uniquely tailored to the needs of each individual. I draw from various evidence based and informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, & Narrative Therapy to meet the needs of each individual.

I have had the privilege of providing counselling/ psychotherapy services for 20+ years with a client-centred approach recognizing the unique strengths and experiences of each individual as they embark on the therapeutic journey through personal healing and growth. I have had extensive clinical experience in various mental health agencies, hospital setting & counselling services and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Master's degrees in both Counselling Psychology and Social Work.
