I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I offer online therapy grounded in trauma-informed, systemic, and strengths-based care, with a strong commitment to affirming queer, polyamorous, and non-traditional relationship structures.
My approach centers safety, curiosity, and consent—both in the therapeutic relationship and in the pace of our work. I work with individuals and relationships navigating trauma, identity exploration, relational stress, and the impacts of burnout or chronic overwhelm. I also have a particular appreciation for working with helpers and clinicians, especially those carrying the weight of caring for others while trying to care for themselves.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or justify who you are. Therapy with me is about building insight, strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been shaped by survival but are ready for something more sustainable and compassionate.

Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Psychosocial Therapy Looks at how social and environmental factors affect psychological health. It emphasizes relationships, community, and resilience.
- Reality Therapy / Choice Theory Focuses on present choices and taking responsibility for actions. It helps clients create more fulfilling relationships and lives.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship and within context. I work from a trauma-informed, systemic, and strengths-based framework that honors the ways survival, identity, and connection shape our experiences. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” I center understanding, meaning-making, and the development of skills that support long-term resilience.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in safety, consent, and curiosity. Together, we move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your lived reality. I am attentive to the impact of power, culture, and systems on mental health, and I strive to provide care that is affirming of queer identities, polyamorous and non-traditional relationship structures, and diverse ways of living and loving.
My work integrates contemporary trauma theory with relational and reflective practices, supporting clients as they build insight, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect with parts of themselves shaped by both harm and hope. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it’s about creating sustainable change that feels grounded, compassionate, and aligned with who you are.
