As a neurodivergent therapist, I enjoy working with adults who are exploring or have recently discovered that they are ADHD, autistic, or both. We can find ways to adapt the world to better suit you instead of trying to fit into neurotypical standards. Learn how to improve your connections with others, strategies to regulate emotions, increase motivation, find more fulfillment at your job, and even experience moments of joy. I also specialize in grief, childhood, and religious trauma.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
  • Existential/Humanistic
  • Narrative
  • Relational Psychotherapy
Approach Description: We'll begin by looking back at your childhood, explore your relationships, learn your sensory sensitivities, know your communication preferences, grasp your motivation hurdles, understand what has held you back at work, and gain insight into how you manage your emotions. This involves addressing the impact, and potentially trauma, of being neurodivergent without anyone recognizing it. After exploring these areas, we'll create a plan to help you achieve the life you want. I utilize an integration of attachment theory, polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, psychodynamic principles, and existential theory. Additionally, I may sprinkle some pieces of cognitive-behavioral therapy to provide a tailored approach.
