Wellbeing is be holistic. We will look at all parts of your life: individual, relational, and communal. My work often feels like a combination of psychotherapy, leadership coaching, and community building. I enjoy working with clients that are seeking empowerment and have a desire for developing their capacity for leadership. I believe we are only as happy and healthy as the communities that support us, so seeking additional community engagement is an important part of my approach. My diverse combination of experience with technology, research, clinical/community psychology, and organization development allows me to support clients' integration of the multiple and often competing parts of their lives.
