I believe therapy is a space where you should feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I strive to create an environment where you can slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and emotional disconnection. I especially enjoy helping clients who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to have everything together or who find themselves repeating patterns they want to change but aren’t sure how to break. My goal is not simply to help you manage what brings you to therapy, but to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships so that meaningful change can take place. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Client Focus

Session Format: Couple, Family, Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult

Treatment Approach

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) A trauma-focused therapy that uses eye movements and imagery to help the brain reframe distressing memories. It often leads to quicker relief from symptoms compared to traditional talk therapy.
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to try something new. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I work alongside my clients to explore what may be underneath anxiety, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or emotional disconnection. With couples, I help partners slow down difficult cycles, improve communication, and develop a deeper understanding of one another. I don’t believe you need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in creating meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and authentic to you.
