I am a counselor trained in Life and Relationship Coaching with certification in Anger Management. In my coaching process, I equip others to expand their worldview and find meaning and balance in life. Together we can examine what is happening here and now, encouraging self-discovery to identify the obstacles or challenges holding and getting in the way of self-actualization. Hereafter, my clients choose a course of action with specific tools and strategies to reach their goals, making their life more satisfying and fulfilling. I emphasize the Existential/Humanistic approach involving Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Anger Management, among others.
