Approach Description: I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, which means that I meet you where you are and work with you at your own pace. I draw on a variety of therapeutic tools, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT), EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and a focus on the mind-body connection to help you create meaningful change. I believe that our mental and physical well-being are deeply intertwined, and by fostering both, we can create lasting change. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, untangling patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you truly want. - Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- Students receive 10% off session fee. First session discount for new clients. Currently, I am unable to accept mental health plans or private insurance. However, I offer a comparable rate of $98 per hour, considering typical out-of-pocket insurance costs.

I offer online therapy, allowing you to choose the space where you feel most at ease and comfortable. Whether it’s in a favourite room, outdoors in nature, or curled up on the couch with a cozy blanket and a cup of tea, this sense of comfort is crucial to a successful session. When you feel safe and relaxed, real progress can begin.
I love working with adults who may feel stuck or lost, helping you find clarity and direction in your life. I truly understand how frustrating it can be to feel directionless, having faced those challenges myself. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your inner strength and uncovering the next steps forward.
In our work together, I help you untangle the thoughts and behaviour patterns that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or trapped. These patterns, often shaped by past experiences, can hold you back from living fully.
