Glen A Chilstrom Ph.D. Practice Description
Traditional psychotherapy primarily addresses psychopathology: disturbances to self-esteem and interpersonal relations that arise from our developmental histories and current emotional stressors. My therapeutic work aims to help clients not only to get "unstuck" from current symptoms and problems, but also to "look forward" to their next stage of self-growth.
Working with an integral psychology, I draw upon cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic-existential, and transpersonal modalities to promote growth and self-transformation.
